agree with complete lack of service over the years by security, reception or floor help. I thought perhaps making an appointment would help -don’t waste your time. when I arrived for appointment they didn’t have me scheduled and said that everyone was in a meeting anyway so they could make another appointment time for later in the week. no thanks
