I have been taking my dog here for 10 years to be groomed. The last time we went they said he became stressed and urinated on the table. They suggested I have him checked by the vet for his anxiety. I have never seen my dog have any anxiety. He is 13 years old and has slight hearing loss but not anxiety. I made an appointment today and they refused to see him because they said they told me I should have him groomed by the vet due to his anxiety…I am extremely disappointed this was not communicated better. We have loved going to this groomer and they have always done so good with him even though they are much more expensive than other places I have always recommended them but I do not anymore.
