Terrible experience. I’m not sure if it was a manager that I had the experience with. As soon as I walked in to the moment I walked out the lady was extremely rude. She looked at me very ugly the whole time. Followed me as I walked out of the fitting room that they didn’t even offer to open for me as I waited over 5 minutes in a fairly empty store. As a person in sales that kind of service is very unprofessional. Such an uninviting environment. During these times you’d think employees would strive to provide great customer service to keep customers.
