My sales rep was very nice and helpful! I love my couch but I would love to have my bed or know when it’s coming and for them to come and get the loaner bed that was broken out my room. The manager told me he would call me back within 24 hours and that was 3 weeks ago I still haven’t heard anything and I don’t know when I’m even getting the bed I’m paying for.

This is by far the WORST company and customer service I have ever worked with. I purchased a sectional and dining room table on March 27. My table was delivered on April 1st with no hardware, and the sectional was not delivered. The delivery team explained that they would refund the delivery charge and have the hardware mailed to me ASAP. Despite calling Royal Home Furniture multiple times in the last 3 weeks to notify them that the hardware that they mailed (with no tracking number) on the 3rd had NOT been received, the lady in the main office could only apologize. Realizing I was not going to get a resolution from her, I contacted the Hoover office. The assistant manager was helpful to realize I had not received the hardware, and would send a delivery team to put the table together in ANOTHER week (April 21). Today, the 21st of April, the delivery team arrived without hardware, assuming I had it even though I have called this store upwards of 10 times about not receiving the hardware I am convinced was never mailed. When speaking on the phone with Jeff, the refunded delivery charge was thrown in my face along with the statement, well, I can’t fix the past, do you want us to come out on Friday or not (with as much attitude as I’m sure you can imagine). In this conversation, which I had in front of the delivery team, the 3 of us, delivery men included, have no clue WHAT exactly is happening on Friday. All the while, I still have no sectional. Its been nearly a month since giving Royal Home Furniture my business, and in that time I’ve not had a couch, and my dining room table has sat on my floor in pieces.

After buying a house, I called almost every furniture store in a 300 mile radius looking for the Traemore living room set. No one had it and it would take 3+ months to receive it. Royal Furniture not only had the set but had it transferred and held it for me for just under two weeks without even as much as a deposit. I traveled 290 miles from New Orleans to pick up this set. Jeff communicated so well and had the set ready to pick up when I got there. This group is true southern hospitality with wonderful workers and great service. Even though the set was still in the packaging, they unpackaged it to inspect it before packaging it up again and loading all of it for me. I highly recommend and know that I will be traveling back up again to see them! It was worth every mile.
