Just wanted to leave a review for a very good associate this young lady her name is Sammy Jo treated me like a human being being a person with a disability. You tend to get treated differently when you walk into a retail establishment. People seem to always have preconceived notions which is not their fault. When I walked into PetSmart today Sammy Jo treated me as an equal she was friendly to me chatted with me told me about her own pets and we compared stories about our pet cats it’s nice to be able to come into a place where they treat you with respect. I hope that one day the store sees how good of an employee Sammy Jo is and maybe one day promote her to a manager because. You cannot buy that kind of attitude when you walk in and somebody instantly smiles at you and makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel like you’re welcome that’s one hell of a trait to have I will definitely come back to this PetSmart every opportunity that I get.
