Just left at 430pm. My appointment was at 410, I arrived before 4. Sat and waited and watched 3 people go in before me. Not including the employee who went in for 10 minutes. I was just there to say yes these contacts are fine and let me buy a years worth. Nope they said I still need to see the Dr. I am the caregiver for my husband who had bipass surgery. He can’t be left alone for long periods of time. So I made that appointment thinking no exam just say these are fine. I should have been taken in before people who had already been taken care of.

i had a great experience with them. My glasses broke and i needed something to walk out with so i could see. They gave me contact samples while my glasses were being ordered. I then lost a contact and called them and they said no problem and told me to come right in. Free of charge ! Mind you the customer service and the eye dr were amazing and so friendly.

Best value not anymore. My standard eye frames failed at one year old and they’d never left the house. Even though I hadn’t purchased the extended care program they ‘snuck’ me a new frame and I was delighted. Aside from that grace the former policy of a deep discount on future products and services for repeat customers is GONE. Yes, two years in the frames failed again and I was going to get a new exam and a better quality glass and frames and found out that policy is no longer. So is the best value . Cya
