Their WiMax serivce, their portable wireless internet solution, is horrible. They offer you a device to wirelessly connect to, but you need to spend $60 *per device.* That means if you want internet to your computer and your phone, that’s $120 per month. The speeds are not bad, not is the latency–when their service is actually functional. Expect their towers to be down constantly and only give you the generic we’ll call you back with an update response and never call you back and your problems left unsolved. They also do not want you doing too much with their service otherwise they will lock you out of their service for 24 hours with no repeal but they will still gladly take your money.No refund options were available.
