After our favorite Mom & Pop pharmacy retired, The Medicine Center, we had no choice but to go to a chain store. Once this particular CVS figured out how to handle the immense volume from this small pharmacy, things have improved significantly. It did take months but I have to admit, from my perspective, things are running smoothly and efficiently. I have a fair amount of prescriptions per month and I no longer have had any issues. The staff’s attitude has improved since the inception. In the early days, the staff was so stressed that it affected how they treated their new customers and not all customers stayed in the long term.
