We ordered a stand up shower unit from this location because it was the only one with all the pieces in stock. My brother picked them all up and when they were able to install them a couple weeks later, after opening one of the cardboard packages realized there was a Crack along one of the shower walls. After calling in, I spoke with one of the customer service ladies and gave her all of the info, she told us what to do to get it exchanged/ refunded. My brother was able to return it the very next day and get another stand up unit for my grandmother(from lowes) that worked perfectly. Things have been hard enough for her lately so having this exchange process go smoothly, so they could get her stand up shower installed ASAP and usable for her was wonderful. We will definitely continue to shop here!

The outdoor selection here is pretty standard, but nice. I have bought plenty of plants (roses, tomatoes, cacti, etc) from here and they are doing well. They sell similar plants and soil at similar prices to Home Depot (within walking distance) but better variety of pots and other garden fixtures.

I bought a freezer from this store back on March the 18,2021When the purchase was made I was told that Lowe’s doesn’t offer a in extended warranty. Then my freezer went out 35 days after the purchase was made. I called the 1800 Lowe’s number and spoke to someone about the problem and they tell me they do offer warranties and they didn’t know why I was told they don’t.But long story short after the technician came to my home to repair the freezer he told me it’s non repairable and told me to call the store where I made the purchase from and they will replace the item. I called the store and they hang up on me 2 and then the third time calling the manger of the store tell me I have to call a 1-800 number because they don’t handle exchanges in the store. And then proceeded to get rude with me after y ask why since it was bought at his store.Very poor customer service I will not be back at this store again.
