This store charges to print return labels rather than scanning them from your phone. This is a money grabbing move. Very disappointing in this UPS store.To your response: I ended up going across the street and they printed it out for free. They made money on the shipment and got a 5 star review for their customer service level.

I had the best experience at the UPS on Coit and Campbell. I haven’t’t had much interaction with UPS stores, so I called and spoke with the nicest lady before actually going in. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me some wonderful advice. When I went in, a very helpful young man named Jacob took my package and quickly and efficiently got it ready, gave me my receipt, and thanked me for my business.
