Our flagship store has become a Floral Park fixture and our Manhasset store has been building a following for a decade and counting. At Buttercooky, our quality shows in every delicious bite. We use only the finest ingredients available to create our baked goods. Buttercooky Bakery offers a variety of traditional European confections, as well as a wide array of cookies, pastries, pies and cakes for all occasions. Buttercooky Bakery opened its doors September 1962 in Floral Park, NY. Since that day, we have made it our mission to supply the Long Island community with the highest quality and freshest baked goods.

The croissants here are absolutely delicious. They’re buttery and light and flavorful. Easily some of the best I’ve had in this area. The other things I had here were good to very good, but the croissants (especially the pecan croissant) were amazing. As a place, it’s a bright and clean bakery. There are a lot of items to choose from. There’s seating inside but I haven’t seen any seating outside.

Place is very clean and looks nice, but I miss the layer cakes and Jelly donuts of the old bakery. They switched the Jelly to try and get fancy or something. It’s just not the same. Sometimes simple is good.

Amazing pastries/baked goods and even better customer service! We got an assortment of cookies and cakes, and I was impressed with all of it! The cookies are huge and the pastries are fresh. Francesco, the owner, is an absolute gem – he is great with customers and makes sure you are satisfied with everything. If you are in the Huntington area and looking for something sweet, definitely stop here! It gets my full recommendation.
