Go to the other location for anything with Sprint aka now T-Mobile. The ones here mess things up, don’t know what they are doing… Had to go back several times for her to fix issues she somehow caused. We couldn’t make calls as one of those. Finally got fed up and went to the other store. The other is a corporate store so they can do a lot more and are a lot more competent. However, I just left after 5 years and joined Verizon. It was worth $50 more a month to not deal with the terrible service always outsourced and terrible coverage. The 2 star is for the one good thing is the affordable phones and the 5 lines for $100 was nice.
