AVOID THIS STORE IF POSSIBLE!There are plenty of T-Mobile stores in the area and I would actively avoid this one. There is a lady, I believe she is a manager who drives a Buick SUV, she was super rude with us for no apparent reason. Was told something could not be done at T-Mobile stores while I went to another nearby store and they were super professional and completed my trade-in and were surprised to hear that I was told my trade-in could not be completed. Once I went back to this same store to complete another task and I was informing other staff members that my type of trade-ins can be done, just to notify them, the same manager interjected herself and rudely told us that her system was down, which wasn’t what we were told initially. Very rude customer service by one person! The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. T-Mobile should do a better job at screening their employees because such interactions will also make people look elsewhere. Also, she was not wearing her mask correctly and there were several elderly clients coming in for service.

THE MANAGER CHELSEA IS RUDE AND WILL SPEAK BAD ABOUT YOU TO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN SPANISH , SHE WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IF THERE IS AN ERROR ON YOUR ACCOUNT FROM ANOTHER MANAGER AND SHE WILL LIE ABOUT WHO HER MANAGER IS! SHE WILL YELL AT YOU IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS AND SHE WILL LEAVE YOU RUDE VOICEMAILS IF YOU CALL ! I am highly disappointed in the level of service I have received from this T Mobile & the manager CHELSEA with this issue I will be leaving reviews about my experience on every platform possible and the Better Business Bureau. I will be reaching out to the CEO and whoever else I have to until the issue is resolved, I have been a T Mobile customer for many years and will have to take my business elsewhere once this is settled. I have been treated unfairly, discriminated against, disrespected, insulted, refused assistance for an error I did not create, wasted ample amounts of time and gas driving across town multiple times a month since September to resolve this issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR T MOBILE THEY WILL ADD ADDITIONAL THINGS TO YOUR ACCOUNT AGAINST YOUR WILL AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THEM AND THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU IF YOU ASK FOR THE REGIONAL MANAGERS INFORMATION PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

Nasty and rude customer service. Never listing to what those guys say. If they tell you to look left, don’t make a mistake like me and look left. Very untrustworthy. Dealing with these folks was like pulling a tooth. View them as seller’s who will do whatever it takes to get their commission. They will keep sending you back and forth and lying to you when it comes to returning a phone or needing help. Save yourself and call the Tmobile service line.
