My husband’s car battery died right after we checked into our hotel on the Riverwalk. Fortunately, this Goodyear’s location was half a mile away so I drove there (we took 2 cars) and picked up a battery from this location. Raul helped me out. He took the time to YouTube a video on how to change the battery on the specific car my husband has and even went to find us the correct size socket wrench to use to loose the nuts on the battery and let us borrow it. Luckily someone working at the hotel knew how to change out a car battery so we were able to get the old battery and the wrench back to Goodyear within the hour. Awesome customer service.
