I was very disappointed at the lack of costumer services exhibited by the employees here. I brought in an item that had only been used once that had already broken. The ladies behind the counter said how once it leaves the store it was no longer their responsibility. I explained how I had just gotten in and it had already broken. They said, well that item was on sale anyways. I was amazed by the behavior they exhibited, and do not plan on going back.
