Couldn’t be more unhappy with my experience at Diana’s Flags and Guidons. My unit gave me a gift because I am getting out of the Army. My unit submitted the wrong dedication to be written on the plaque, so I took the gift back and asked if they could help out. The lady at the desk said that they could fix it and would give me a call before doing anything to let me know if there would be a charge to fix it. I was told on Monday that I would get a call back later that day or by Tuesday. I heard nothing from them so I went back on Thursday to check on the status. They had already done the work and charged me $60 without giving me a heads up like they said they would, just to open the glass and change one word. I am highly disappointed, considering that I was told I would be made aware before spending that much money to fix the award. Highly recommend going across the parking lot to Air & Armor. Their prices are cheaper and their customer service is much better.

I stopped in the shop right before Christmas knowing that I wanted to get something meaningful for my husband, but had zeroooo idea what. I spoke to Spencer and he was able to figure out the perfect thing by getting to know a little bit more about my husband’s work/experiences. He even customized his original design to add a plaque, a medic piece, and draped dog tags for his friends. Not only did he finish it in a short period of time, he made something my husband loved and appreciated, and that will always proudly have in our home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Spenc and his team at Diana’s Flags and Guidons created some Field Artillery cross cannons to display at my shop. The cross cannons are outstanding and get compliments daily. However, the LOGO of Custom Truck & Wheel turned out amazing! The metal work and powder coat just adds to the many different products that they can create. Spenc is constantly working to keep his crew on the cutting edge of technology to ensure that they continue to improve each and every job they do for the surrounding community. I highly recommend this business!
