I regret ordering a full-length mirror from this store. I ordered it last month. Never heard from anyone about the status of my order. After 3 calls to both the store and their corporate office, I was told the mirror is on back order. The company can’t give me an estimate on when I can pick up the mirror. I then tried to cancel my order and was told I can’t because it’s “en-route” to the store. Again, they couldn’t give me an estimate of when I can pick up this order. I understand there’s a high demand for home furniture right now but at least Kirkland’s can keep me updated on where my $100 purchase is.
