Staff are really cool and laid-back, without sacrificing customer service. They are not short on knowledge of their products, and seem to take immense pleasure in their job. The guitars are great quality, and are almost always in stock, however in order to sample them, you will have to tune it yourself. If some of the more popular guitars were tuned just before guests were to try them, I would have given five stars. Still an excellent store, nonetheless and I highly suggest and musicians check it out.

I wanted something a little nicer than the basic Squier starter bass I’ve been playing these last few years. I went in to check out a nice midrange Jackson I saw on the website, and their employee Jack was a great help. He was helpful, attentive, and encouraging. He helped me with the guitar, finding a nice case, and the ever-daunting task of selecting a strap. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, particularly in a guitar store.
