I stopped by today on my way home. There was an elderly gentleman in front of me who kept inserting his card incorrectly. The female employee was so rude to him. He was slow, yes, but she clearly has NO respect for her elders. When she rang me up I had a soda. I asked her when she scanned it not to touch the too and she rolled her eyes at me. I don’t care if my request was ridiculous, yet she rolled her eyes and just walked away from the register. She has no business working in retail. No thanks, Ill take my business to the one on morrison, they have way better customer service.

There was a long line at register one so the cashier at that register called for assistance. Another employee opened another register to assist. After she finished tending to the person at her register I went to that register to check out. The lady at register one then said to get back in line where I was which caused the lady I got in front of to confront me because, according to her I was cutting in line! The lady at the register I had originally gone to then called me to go to her register!? Super ridiculous behavior I then went to the Dollar Tree by Morrison and was totally treated differently! I will never go to the one on Ruben Torres again! Very rude!

We waited in line with about 10 other people. They opend a second check out. Two guys cut in front of everyone. When we all complained to the cashier. She said I don’t want any conflict so I will cash them out first. She should have made them go to the back of the line.
