Great place to have your bike worked on, excellent customer service from Caleb and especially Josh. Josh went out of his way to adjust my bicycle on the spot, explained a lot of great pointers for a new bike owner like myself. This company should be proud to have an employees like these, they go above and beyond customer service. The gentlemen in the bike service department are so helpful. I just wanted a water bottle holder and they insisted on installing it. Then they went the second mile and tightened a loose spoke they noticed and corrected my chain tension for nothing. Great guys.
