I waited a total of 3hrs for my daughters prescription , to be told to come back that they are just NOW filling it. Mind you I have a sick child that was needing these meds.I waited in line to fill the prescription 30 mins. The pharmacy told me it would be 1 n a half hours. This was at 5:00 I came back before 645 in the drive thru was told that I was just getting filled to make a block it will be ready in 30 mins. I waited again in line it’s now 7:55 pm. As the truck in front pulls up it’s now 8:00 pm on the dot, the 2 pharmacy associates see me as they are pulling the gate down, make eye contact with me, I honked they continued to ignore me, pushed the call button, drove around to see them speed walking out the store, I asked for a manager so I could get information about this pharmacy. Don’t waste your time at this slow location, they are heartless!!!

I don’t appreciate the false advertisement. I was told by Jonathon that they would grant me the ORDER40 in store but when I spoke with the manager about he he refused to help me. I have the email from customer support and I showed them it and he still refused. I will not be going back to cvs. I was promised the 40% off and wound up paying full price.
