Picked up my truck yesterday from getting a lift, wheels, tires, grill lights and flush mount lights in the bumper. This took slightly over a day to handle all of the requested work and was very affordable with my expectations being far surpassed! While I was wanting a 6 inch RC lift 37 inch tires and 22 inch wheels (which mind you would’ve brought Hopper more money) I was informed I would experience possible rubbing on the make and model of the truck I own along with an extreme amount of trimming. I was told of a better option (not the bigger payday for Hopper) to go with 35’s and 20’s keep the 6in lift. The lights installed look leaps And bounds better than my original choice due to their suggestions and knowledge. I’m grateful the team at Hopper is NOT your stereotypical “car salesman” type and are honest and informative of all pros and cons associated with the work I desired to get. Thanks guys y’all absolutely crushed it on my truck it looks far better than what I had pictured. I’d recommend any and all to Hopper in all areas.Very Satisfied Customer

Picky buyers, but Hopper Motorplex got it right!We recently made the 3 hr drive to Hopper and bought a used Jeep Wrangler. The sales staff there were extremely easy to work with and personable. They had the a lot of higher end cars and nice Jeep’s, but we bought the cheapest Wrangler on the lot and had a few issues soon there after (Jeep’s are Jeeps). Anyhow, we took it to a more local shop who couldn’t diagnose the issue before taking to back to Hopper to see what they could do. The service department took a bit of time to methodically go through the Jeep and fix the over heating issue. Turns out the local shop had the incorrect / non-OEM part installed, and it was obvious that the Hopper guys had a better understanding of the subtle nuances that make or break the cooling systems on these vehicles. They communicated well throughout the process and repaired the Jeep at no cost to us. After all of this, it’s hard to see how they made much money on the deal if any at all. Anyhow, we will be calling Ernie and Mike next time we’re shopping for a vehicle – Stand-up operation!
