We ordered on doordash, and we were disappointed when we got our order. The food was fine, but the 2 large shakes were not even half way full. Why were we missing half of our shakes? I called and a guy said he had no idea about it and said we had to go through door dash for a refund.

The food and ice cream is good. I gave it 4 stars, because the speaker at the drive-thru is too low to speak in. The employee at the window has a hard time hearing orders because of other vehicles behind you and the traffic. Even if you turn off your vehicle to order, it is still does not help much. Could you please try to update the speaker? Thanks

Was told local Dairy Queen didn’t have the mini biscuit and chicken basket. Order a chicken basket and steak finger basket. Couldn’t eat either as fries were old and so was the bread chicken. Steak fingers made me sick, good thing I only had one of them. Spent eighteen dollars for food that had to be thrown out. Will NEVER to go the one in Del Rio again. One in Uvalde is far better with fresher food.
