The absolute WORST. Because this guy cannot even open his own website to see what you’reordering, he refers to an outdated book which of course does not show any newer items on the site.I spent A LOT of money for something that did not remotely resemble what I ordered. He alsodenies any knowledge of the prominently displayed Spring Sale- 10% off, no sales tax. Hecan’t imagine how such a thing got on the website ( which he doesn’t even know how to access)and certainly isn’t honoring it. Go elsewhere – don’t do business with this ignorant lying fool.

Ordered SPECIFICALLY on their website the ‘Heart and Soul’ arrangement in deluxe version (over $100.) It is red carnations in the shape of a heart. They instead delivered 12 roses (each chopped in half) and stuffed in long foam into a long vase. Definitely not what was ordered. Definitely not over $100. This place should be ashamed of themselves for scamming and robbing people.
