Not pleased. I ordered an 11 x 14 picture and when I came to pick it up I unrolled it only to see it had folding lines, marks on the photo and clear spots where it had been bent. It looked like someone tried to roll the photo but could get the hang out it so it kept bending.I showed the worker all the lines in the photo and he said he thinks it’s fine and when it’s put in a frame it would be fine. I said no… that looks ridiculous and this is a large print I want it to look like can you please reprint this because I’m not paying for that.He didn’t seem thrilled but said okay and I would have to wait awhile at least 20 minutes and have to come back because they were working on orders.It made for a negative experience given that I had my baby with me, we had already been at the store for an extended period of time and now we had to wait even longer. The second person who helped me when I came back was definitely much more helpful and every careful with my second photo.
