Employee swapped deliverer and recipient address, so package shipped right back to me. Spoke with the store manager and they refused to admit the mistake or refund. Spoke with customer service and the revenue department and they said I had to talk to the store. Ridiculous that this mistake was even made in the first place, and customer service on all levels delivered no value. Do not visit this location if you want things done correctly.
