I have been to this store and the service is outstanding. The young man that helped my friend and I was so helpful. We had an issue getting the phone to sync with the vehicle map system. We had been to Ford who could not figure out the issue. Corry at this store took the time and connected them. It is so nice to find a store with employees that care and go the extra mile.

I visited this location earlier this week to help my parents upgrade their phones. Wesley was our rep and was exceptional in guiding us through the entire process. The qualities that made this experience noteworthy were Wesley’s patience, knowledge, and kindness. He quickly understood our concerns and talked through our options. He thoroughly answered our questions in a digestible way, making us confident in our decisions. And finally, he wrapped things up by giving a quick demo on how to use the new phones – something definitely needed as my parents’ old phones were quite different than the new ones. This was one of the best overall experiences that I’ve had in a mobile phone store in quite a long time. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent support, Wesley! The prices are absurd! They want to charge about $50 per accessory (screen protector, case, etc..) and you can get the same things on amazon for $10. They try to add on everything possible when you just want to get in and out. It wont be a quick trip so be prepared to spend half an hour in there if you upgrade a phone. Over all, didnt like how the whole process just dragged in and tried to squeeze every dollar. I went with a family member. I use Spectrum and so glad I do..
