We had an awesome experience with Ron Hoover RV of Odessa. Our salesperson was Xavier. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and showed us several options. The finance manager David was extremely helpful and thorough in going over paperwork and warranty details. Called a Month ago and asked if they worked on Jet Skis. The Lady told us yes and she had us speak with the Service Department and the Man took the Make, Model and Year and Gave Us Our Appointment for Today. We drove from New Mexico to Bring It to be repaired, My Husband walks in and Is Told We Don’t Work on Old Jet Skis AFTER WE WERE TOLD A MONTH AGO THAT THEY DO!!! NEVER CALLED US AND TOLD US THEY COULDN’T WORK ON IT!!!BAD MANAGEMENT!!!! NO RECOMMENDATION FROM US!!!I DON’T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR

Although I was very satisfied with the RV I bought, it had to be transferred from Laredo to Odessa. I bought the RV on Friday and they set the appointment to pick it up on Monday. The trailer didn’t arrive until late Tuesday. Then I had to wait for them to do their dealer prep the mattress was damaged and they had to take one out of another trailer. When it came time to hook up, my hitch needed adjustments. They charged me to help me get things done. So after spending $30k if you expect service after the sale, guess again. Also the charged $1,400 for the rear camera and installation that only required plugging it in and a few screws. You can buy the same camera on Amazon for around $600 so do your research before buying accessories.
