Let me start by saying the new third-party delivery service is horrendous. I had a lot of difficulty getting picnic tables delivered to our property. I have used Lowe’s over the last three years and never had a problem getting a delivery.Eventually I decided to just pick up the picnic tables at the Oneonta store. Renee, the manager, was terrific. She definitely made us a satisfied customer by offering a generous discount for our inconvenience.She listened to us, understood how wrongly we were treated, and made things right.Honorable mention to John in delivery. He also understood our situation and handled things very professionally.I will never order online with delivery again, unless I am assured it is a Lowe’s delivery person sending the product to our home/property. I advise you do the same.
