I have been going to them for years and always had great service till today. I went in for an oil change and they made my check engine light come on then tell me its something that has to be fixed at the dealer. Long an behold the code was bc they did something to my oil temperature sensor. Its absurd that they had to lie when I kno my vehicle and no lights were on especially not my ck engine light. Manager named Trevor kept acting like it was nothing they did and insisted I take my vehicle to Jeep.

I’ve used this location for 5 years with the same vehicle. It was always great, fast, no problems. Today however not so much. After pulling in, they told me that they’ve lost all their customer information so I had to go through all that again. Then when looking at the truck, were perplexed that I have an oil pan heater (along with other things standard on a vehicle that comes from Alaska, as this one did when I drove down 5 years ago). They couldn’t find the bolt on a Dodge RAM 1600. In checking with an invisible manager they were told not to touch it. When I pointed out that I’ve had my oil changed at this very location with this very same truck several times before before, the response was, That was probably why the old staff was fired.So clearly the place is under new management, and for me it certainly was not an improvement. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.I gave two stars instead of one because they had been great in past.
