I was pretty impressed by the employee that was working there. He was really kind and super attentive and much much better than what I’d expect from a typical Best Buy employee. Although big negative for me was the shopping experience. It’s bad. It’s like a garage sale is more organized and has more stuff to look at. I was really disappointed in the absolutely tiny selection of fridges that they had. Other stores like Sears outlet has hundreds of fridges, there was literally less than 12 to look at and 10 out of 12 of them fell off a truck and had totally ruined front panels- and they were still selling for over 1,500$ granted they were some fancy brand- but regardless… the doors are totally ruined. I expected better prices, more selection… and didn’t get it at all. They had about 30 items of each appliance strangely they had quite a few more washers and dryers. Thought that was interesting but overall. Big miss

Needed a new TV for the bedroom. We were looking for a specific model. Everyone else was out of stock. They had 6 of them here. When you get a TV here they guarantee it will work but don’t guarantee a stand or remote is in the box. They give you 2 weeks to return it for any problems it may have mechanically. We ended up paying$300 less than retail and ours was missing one leg. That didn’t matter since it was being mounted on the wall. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a deal.
