Sales people are awful. They do not disclose all details before allowing you to complete purchase. They are only interested in getting a sale and could not care less about what you actually need. Would never visit this store again. They’re completely nonchalant to the point of them seeming like they don’t want you there. Do not recommend at all.

He had helped us in the past and was able to help us find a mattress similar to what we got last time which is what we wanted. He explained the options, helped us with the prices, and made the process easy. Extremely helpful!

We had our first visit to Mattress Firm this morning. The store was very clean and well organized. Was impressed with the selection of products. The manager met is at the door and answered all of our questions, and then some. The experience was quick and very friendly. We were given more discounts and added services than we could even ask for. We got what we were looking for and it is to be delivered in one to two days. Very pleased with our visit.
