Went for the first time to do since shopping at the last minute (845) and they close at 9! And I couldn’t have been more satisfied and pleased with the customer service that Aaron, Rafael, and Dylan exemplified! A++ and kudos to the staff for waiting on me til 930 with no hostility at all and didn’t even rush me. Instead continued to help me ans offer to try the jeans in til I get the right fit!! And not to mention I’ma black man, so I was a bit uncomfortable as soon as I walked in anyways!

Went today with my daughters. There were about 6 employees (young girls) by the register just talking and when we walked in they glanced at us and just continued with their conversation as if no one walked in. I walked around for about 10 mins and no one ever asked if we needed help. My daughter found some boots that she really liked. I told her to put them back and we would go the the Arlington location, they have way better customer service l. Arlington location always greets and will ask if you need help! I will never visit this location again! Very unprofessional!

First of all, I ask for help I explain what I need I tell the guy in the registered if he can check in the system if the store have available the jeans what I’ve purchased before in size down and he didn’t listen to me he told me is exchange go and look the store and comeback after I explain what I was need it! All the guys in the registered have very bad attitude!
