We purchased a used vehicle for my father. Mr. Sandoval, our sales representative was very helpful and not pushy. He was very friendly and honest. A day after our purchased we realized the vehicle was missing some items. Since we purchased the vehicle “As is” I assumed they wouldn’t be replaced. However Mr Sandoval assures is that he would help us replace those items. Thank you sir!

Upon entry you will be greeted promptly with a firm handshake, but that will be extent of the good service you will receive. I went in with a clear intention of buying a 2014 Honda Civic EX. I had a reasonable price in mind and when I mentioned it to the Sale Manager he extended his hand in the same way that I was greeted and told me that there was nothing he could do for me. I guess the Honda Civics are rolling of the lot and my business was not worth negotiating. I left and headed over to Hoy Fox Toyota, WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I walked away with a 2014 Toyota Camry SE for exactly what I wanted to pay! I guess I should have rated El Paso Honda a little higher, thanks to them I got a much bigger car, with more features for exactly what I wanted to pay! THANKS EL PASO HONDA!
