I purchased a Dryer and had an issue with it when I began using it once it arrived at my home.They came right out within 24 hours and Brian fixed it and replaced the parts. I was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that was provided to me. So far the company looks good to me.

I own 2 businesses in Waco and never in my life have I experienced service like this. Within 90 days my fridge stopped working and they came out to service it and fixed the issue which I had to pay for the part. Then again it broke and they came out and said they had to bypass it and fixed it. Then a 3rd time it broke down. All within 5 months time frame and now my family and I are fighting covid. Walked outside and seen it was messed up. Called them and he said he had to order the part from ebay and at this point I told them I didn’t want them to fix it, I wanted them pay me 200 to haul this junk off. Haven’t heard from them since. My lawyer is in the process of drafting up a letter to pay me the 200 in exchange for the fridge and if not then I will take him to small claims court. We have lost 1200 on this fridge from multiple groceries going bad, buying parts and he refused to make this right or even call. In the end its not about the amount of the fridge its the principle and im the wrong business person to have done wrong. I have no problem suing someone cause what he has done is dirty business. Never use this business..

Bought samsung washer and dryer set for $600 and after one week my dryer power control board went. They came out and did something to it and he promised me that if it went out again he would replace the PCB board. So it went out month later and he been running around telling me that part is on back order and i went order same part and it said i have it in week. he refuses to fix my dryer. I been waiting to use my dryer over year You dont take advantage of ppl.FYI PPL DONT GO HERE THEY DONT HONOR WARRANTY OR THEIR WORD.
