The service with this establishment is absolutely horrible. I work in an office that orders from them very frequently. We ordered today and we could t tell if the order went through or not. No confirmation email for the order, but when you submitted the order again, a pop up appears and tells you that your just placed an order. So now what? Did the order go through or not? So we tried to call Guac Shop Garden City and the only options on the phone line are to leave a message for a manager. That is not customer service when you can’t even reach somebody at the place you are ordering from. $211.84 for office lunch and we have no idea what the status is.

Food was great. Shrimp quesadilla was on point as well as the guac! One complaint, I know they were busy with takeout, but they just need to be on top on wiping down the tables inside and maybe just kindly ask customers to wait outside for their orders. Way to many people inside their small space at one time. Definitely planning to go back but will opt for takeout next time.

First time trying this and I will definitely come Back, The Carnitas Bowl Was Fantastic had so much flavors in the bowl, they don’t skimp out on the meat or veggies which is another plus + because you can share it with someone and your getting your $$$$ worth. TRY THE CARNITAS BOWL
