I am visiting Huntsville for training and as a coffee lover, I sought out the non-Sbux shops in the area.Gypsy Coffee and Cream is a beautiful little coffee shop with all sorts of nice decor. There are several cozy sections within the shop that you can sit and view the scenery inside. There are lots of food options to go with their extensive coffee and tea selection. I saw a very tasty quiche and decided to go with that. The quiche came with a bowl of fresh fruit. I ordered an americano with a splash of steamed oat milk. The presentation of food and drink were exceptional. The staff were very friendly and I noticed that I was given a discount on my order that I assumed was due to my military service (I was in uniform). Gypsy Coffee and Cream is a definite go-to coffee shop and I fully recommend taking the detour and going there over the cookie cutter coffee shops.

what an amazing first time experience! the decor, the baristas, the coffee/food were all so amazing! this store is attached to a cute boutique as well which is a nice surprise! the only possible downside is that the baristas do not wear a mask, so if that is a turn off then you might want to reconsider. Other than that, the experience was phenomenal!

It’s super chic and all but the tables aren’t great for getting work done n my opinion – either your back hurts sitting on a stool, they’re reclaimed Antiques that wobble or they have holes so not great for writing on paper, there’s only 1 table and it’s quickly taken because of the above reasons. I like the vibe but it’s definitely not my preferred place to work because of this. Only reason I won’t say 4 stars. Coffee and dessert and all are otherwise great. I do wish they wore masks.
