Had the delivery claim twice that delivery was attempted after being home all day and I have cameras. No attempts were ever made. Rather than risk them trying to lie a 3rd time I changed shipping to a pick up location so they couldn’t lie on delivery attempt. That worked. I’ve only had problems with this particular fed ex facility y’all need to hire drivers that actually care about their job. Or atleast take it seriously.

Stayed home to sign for my package. I live in a small apartment and I was on the computer all day which is right next to the front door so there is no way I did not hear them knock. The driver never knocked on the door and now they want me to come pick it up from a location about a 45 minute drive away or to deliver it on Monday and when I will not be here to sign for it. So basically if they do not feel like delivering you package they just wont.
