Rob was extremely helpful! Made switching from AT&T very easy! Had my phone all set up and screen protector installed before I left, and I was able to keep my old prepaid number! Store was nice and clean, appearance of store stands out from the rest in the plaza. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to make the switch and great customer service.

Issue with software on phone. Told it’s my problem. Buy a new phone and maybe it will be better. Go to Verizon instead if you can.
