Joe Moore was amazing. Without him and the Sleep Experts tool of choosing the correct mattress for me…without this I would of purchased an incorrect mattress based on what I thought I needed. Would recommend to anyone!! We were referred by a good friend, who had also purchased here as well. I called and spoke with Bill about any promotions they may have. The next day we went in to test the mattresses. Bill was VERY helpful and informational. My husband likes more of a firm mattress, while I prefer a marshmallow. Of course we tried out very mattress multiple times. Bill was very patient with us and we were able to find the perfect one that satisfied us both. We went in on Friday and we are receiving it on Sunday!! We are SO excited with our purchase and looking forward to less back aches and better sleep!
