the worst company to buy a vehicle from. I’ve brought to their attention how they misrepresented the title status of a vehicle. And the fact that the salesman disconnected and reconnected the battery to clear warning lights before we purchased the vehicle. After speaking with the owner of Doug Boyd motor he alluded that he does not give any type of care about any issue that I was having, And the practice of clearing warning lights is standard industry practice something that I do not believe.

Shopped here but did not buy and here’s why:Arrived on a Saturday and said we would be buying on Wednesday. This is apparently a bad thing and it upset our salesman Steve who said we had plenty of time, gave us a price point, gestured around and took off. After looking around alone, we found a couple to test drive. Went inside, he said “give me your license” and “the keys are in the cars”. Literally, that’s it. Never asked my name or even hinted at a single please or thank you. So while I really loved the car that I drove I couldn’t justify giving my hard earned money to someone who made me feel like I was bothering them in wanting to shop for a car on my time line.So if you just want an okay car from a rude salesman who really doesn’t care about you past your money, this might be the car lot for you!
