Could be better at communicating with small level customers. It’s understandable that bigger clients take up the bulk of business, but the little guy that’s making a small order is still paying for it. Please be better at communicating with them or don’t offer the service at all.

Franny took my order by phone. We went with a florist choice so that I could get the freshest blooms and allow them to do what they do best, arrange flowers! If you order delivery from the online service, they will be sure to keep you as far out of the loop as possible.11:33 am: receive email confirmation. Did not get any sort of estimated time of arrival. Did not receive any update before they closed at 5pm.5:05pm: call location to check on my order, am told it had just been completed and that it would be on its way for delivery once the driver returns to the store.I am writing this review at 8:15pm and have not heard a single thing from this company. It has been nearly 10 hours and since the office is closed there is no way I can follow up on the status. I’m sure they were very busy, but imagine being the consumer in this situation.No communication after I paid for a delivery. I was willing to pay $50 for this flower delivery, but I didn’t know that price also covered knowing absolutely nothing about the status of your purchase. At this place, your order is left to chance.
