How many times do we have to say NO PICKLES! Are your employees deaf or lazy! No I’ve bought a meal that won’t be eating because your employees can’t listen or follow the easiest instructions “NO PICKLES”!Also what’s up with the misleading drive through it took me to an exit which made me have to turn back around and go the correct way which is not shown because the sign is turned the wrong way! If y’all want business which looked like y’all have none at lunch time which is unusually you should probably fix these problems until then I will never return to this location!Thanks for such great service!

I always place mobile orders with the Chick-fil-A app to rack up those points. I included a note to make with love because it’s my son’s birthday. Chick-fil-A in Texas City came through with this and a free cookie!

The young man that took my order in the drive thru line was very kind and accurately noted my order. He was very personable and kept a conversation with me until I was able to move up I line. At the window the young girl was kind. I believe she may of been distracted while getting my order out to me because she forgot to give me straws for the shakes , the chicfila sauce and instead of giving me a spoon for my soup and parfait she gave me 1 fork. My soup was cold by the time I got home from Texas City to Southwest Houston because I could not eat it without a spoon. First time to experience anything like this at any of the locations I have visited in the past. It’s not major it was just odd because I never expected to not have what I needed to eat my food or drink.
