I went into the store yesterday to get some sneakers. I had a time getting assistance from salespeople While attempting to speak with the salespeople about the shoes they were more interested in what was going on their personal cellphones than assisting customers. When I did get some assistance and they didn’t have any sizes they went back to the cell phone conversations. I had to make the suggestion to see if they could order the size. Then she just had the person on her cell phone hold on until she can try to order the size. This group of salesperson needs customer service training or this footlocker in Dothan, Alabama will continue to receive bad reviews.
