03/14/2021…. Stood in line with two people ahead of us for close to 10min. One person taking orders, all staff was moving super slow. Several meals sat in the window the entire time before being delivered to previous customers. Once ordered the meal came fast. The steak and mushroom sandwich was room temp at best. A spoon was brought with a salad. World’s smallest portions of mac and cheese were given to the kids. Staff did not seem happy.

My score is an average, because of inconsistency. Sometimes when we order, we get great service and food. Other times, we have to wait to pick up on an order that was placed an hour ahead and don’t get our order correctly.
