Ask for Roberto north-park!! My son absolutely loves GUCCI of course the name speaks for itself. Roberto made my son first Gucci store experience spectacular!!!!! The wait not good, but they are being safe and following Covid protocol so can’t complain. Honestly the wait looks like an exclusive club you wait in one line and then another lol. Son wanted shoes, belt, glasses, shirt, watch slides. We were shocked the stock was so low he ended up getting his aces at Nordstrom because Gucci was out of his size. Son still bought what he wanted for prom and Roberto will let you text set up an appointment to get the other things. I will say he was helping two clients, but he still gave the attention you needed and remember everything is not out on the floor and some is in the drawers at the bottom. That was confusing. So ask him and it may be in the back. Thanks Roberto!!!

Go look for Roberto at the main store in Northpark. He was very attentive with us, super helpful and definitely the best in the store. Wife bought a pair of boots and he helped her a lot , even in the decision making process.
