I took the estimate in, and only an hour later i walked out with a check. No haggling, no one pressuring me to buy another car, no ridiculous car-lot delays. The staff were so nice, very friendly and organized, and the whole process was so much easier than I could have imagined. I’ll definitely return to purchase my next car there – great customer service!

My experience at CarMax was really, really great! I HATE buying a car.. my husband dreads that I even walk into a dealership because the salesman attack like hungry sharks at a feeding tank.. and HATE the going back and forth and waiting and waiting and waiting..but this was amazing! I already knew what my down payment was… what payments were.. what my interest would be that I would need to pay… I literally walked in and 30 minutes later had keys in my hand to. new car..no pressure.. no sharks..no haggling! I loved it!!
