My Mom passed away last Saturday and my Son in Nevada send me Flowers from this Shop. I got dead Flowers and not what he had ordered. Never again. The flower where held up by tape!!! The roses where already cleaned and had no leaves what so ever. Dead Tulips and not one fill in Fern leave that was not topped. I guess dead Flowers for my dead Mother. Unbelievable!!!!!I made sure that my Son got a refund.Their excuse: A new girl was working by herself. Oh , they don’t answer their phone and voicemail is full, and I you call the 1-800 nbr they try to sell you from life insurance to satellite TV , and then tell you to call a different Number.

I live out of town so I placed my order over the phone. (Sadly, I’ve learned that what’s on a florist’s website isn’t always what they have in stock!) The flowers were for my mother’s birthday so I provided very specific instructions on color, style, flower type, etc. While my requests were not exactly met, the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. The shop’s customer service was great and they rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Their ability and willingness to make it right are what impressed me. Will use them again in the future.
