Not sure exactly how returns work. But the Item I was shipping was carelessly put in the box, they said they’d take care of wrapping the item before putting it inside the box, came back for a question and noticed they never wraped the item (because obviously i’d take more time), they just packaged it and got it ready for delivery. Too Lazy

I needed to get documents put together and while at first it was messed up, when i when back they were so helpful to get it fixed. Hannah helped me and she was so patient and understanding. She really went the extra mile to ensure all was corrected, printed properly and put together right. I really appreciated all the effort and her attitude about it all was great!
