Horrible experience! The staff wouldn’t let me purchase shoes because they claimed I had already been there earlier that day. I usually NEVER set foot in Finish Line. I have 0 points on my rewards. They also claimed they had footage of me on their security cameras but couldn’t show proof of it. They lied about the shoes they had in stock. I was offered one size, but after some discussion in the back, the staff told me that size wasn’t available anymore and i couldn’t purchase anything because of my “previous visit that morning.” I can’t believe the staff lied and would not let a buying customer purchase from this store, just so they can keep the shoes for themselves!!

Placed an order online to pick up in store. Received confirmation email but no other communications about pickup. Called customer service to cancel the order after 3 days of hearing nothing and they said I had to call the store. Called this store & they said my order had “already been processed out as if were picked up on accident .” I asked them to go ahead & cancel the order anyway since I clearly had not come to pick it up. They said they would have to see my ID in store to process the cancellation . I asked why no ID was needed to “process it out” to begin with & they said it was a mistake. I asked what happens if I don’t pick up the shoes, thinking they would have to automatically issue the refund, and these people said the shoes would just sit there since their system shows that I had paid & picked them up. They refused to cancel my order & insisted I had to show them my ID to get my money back. Customer service determined that was A LIE!!! Had to call customer service back & get them to call this store just to get my money back. Terrible customer service. Never shopping here again.

Horrible staff. My cousins and I went to buy some Jordan’s at the Finishline in Dothan, Alabama. They let me check out and they then went to get a size 11 for my cousin but then came back to tell us that another employee claimed that he already saw us here earlier this morning. Not only did they refuse show any proof (cameras) that we were here, they were rude and it didn’t seem like they cared. After that, I told my brother to come and get the size 11 for my cousin. They then said that every size had been raffled off and that only size 8 was available! I’m 100% sure that they planned on backdooring the pairs for themselves or to resell. Why would a shoe store manager refuse to sell shoes to customers and lie, claiming that we were here earlier but we all rode in the same car. This is most definitely the shopping worst experience I’ve ever had.
